Fellow Short Term Trip Leaders:

A Short Term Trip isn't the entire journey, but a step along a path towards missions.  Organizations and churches steward this well when they guide those who are returning from trips solidify what has been done in their hearts and prepare them for the next step in their journey.

Quick Tip: As Simon Sinek has stated, "Start with the Why"... that is incredibly important with engaging people post-trip... Start in country with why coming back well is important (For you and your leaders, it's easier to have this conversation as a group, rather than trying to schedule things once they are back).  Encourage each participant to use their 2 minute summary as a missional tool to solidify their journey, draw others in, and to invite others to join them/you next year, etc.
