It’s sounds scary to us but easy for God

Unlike most churches and mission organizations, this school found themselves in front of a massive goal: To manage 15 mission trips where the majority of participants were minors (students) all happening within a 2-week window.

That’s a lot of liability. That’s a lot of logistics.

And it’s a lot of opportunity for God to move within the lives of young people and the people they went to serve!

Here’s what happened…

The Lord led Valley Christian School of Arizona to develop a culture of missions that eventually included an extended Spring Break just for missional service.

What started as a class project led by one passionate teacher blossomed into a school-wide initiative with trips all over the world.

We were excited, but our team had no idea how to really do this,” Taylor, one of the coordinators, shared. Using ill-fitting software and disjointed communication, they struggled with paperwork, passports, fundraising, missed emails, and parent confusion.

Despite the friction, this program grew. It changed their school for the better. But it wasn’t until God led them our way that the trip experiences improved and the growth skyrocketed!

This story will demonstrate to your team the kind of growth that’s possible… the kind of LEVEL UP you may struggle to imagine!

Take this case study and let it me an encouragement to you and your team.
