2. Applications

Many of our clients have very large applications, some nearly 100 questions in length.  You need a tool that allows you the ability to create your own application just as you need it to function while also making it simple on your applicants.  We have taken the approach of giving you two separate applications (a master application and a trip application) that present a single experience for your applicants.

Participant management is at the heart of managing any short term team.  This is where you need to quickly access the data and progress for each team member.  We believe this data should be easy to access and easy to understand.  This is why we’ve spent so much time designing the personal dashboards (intuitively know if you are a trip participant, team leader, or master admin) and the event dashboard.  These features are all designed to help you quickly access the information that’s most important to you.  Here are a few participant management features you will find in ServiceReef:

5. Task Management

It might seem simple, but comparing pricing can get very confusing between platforms.  Each platform takes a slightly unique approach from the others.  We want to break this down for you to help you compare “apples to apples”.  At ServiceReef, we charge based on active trips (trips that are published and accessible for people to view, register, and manage participants). We have no restrictions on features for each trip or team size.  You can manage your own account to scale up or down as needed.  Take a look at the table below to compare how each approaches pricing.
